LollipopWMS LLC ("LollipopWMS", "we", "us", or "our") provides a cloud-based warehouse management system (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account and contact information — name, email address, phone number, company name, and billing details provided when an account is created or updated.
  • Operational data — warehouse, inventory, order, shipping, and workforce scheduling data entered into the Service by you or your organization in the course of using it.
  • Usage and log data — IP addresses, browser type, pages viewed, and actions taken within the Service, collected automatically for security and reliability.
  • Mobile numbers for text notifications — collected only when a user (or their administrator, with the user's consent) provides a mobile number and opts in to receive operational text messages.

3. How We Use Information

  • To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • To send operational notifications that users have opted in to receive, including SMS text messages such as daily shift-plan notifications.
  • To respond to support requests and communicate about the Service.
  • To process billing and maintain account security.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

4. Text Messaging (SMS) Privacy

Mobile phone numbers are collected solely to deliver the text notifications a user has consented to receive. Users can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and can get assistance by replying HELP.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, or sold to, any third party.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing purposes. We share information only with:

  • Service providers that help us operate the Service (such as cloud hosting and message delivery providers), who are bound to use it only on our behalf;
  • Legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of LollipopWMS or others;
  • Your organization — data entered under a customer account is accessible to that customer's authorized users and administrators.

6. Data Security and Retention

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, including encryption in transit. We retain information for as long as an account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

7. Your Choices

  • You may review and update account information within the Service or by contacting us.
  • You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
  • You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements, by contacting us.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is a business application not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through the Service.
