“Software should elevate the people doing the work — not frustrate them or make them feel inadequate.”— Lollipop LLC, founding mission
Lollipop was founded by a team that spent years running and building software for 3PLs — and got tired of watching great warehouse teams fight against software that treated them like a cost line. We started LollipopWMS to build the tool we wished we'd had: fast to deploy, humane to use, and honest about what it costs.
We're a small, founder-led team working closely with a handful of early 3PL partners — the Lollipop Guild — to shape the product. We ship weekly, answer our own support tickets, and keep a direct line open to every customer.
The Guild is our group of early 3PL partners shaping the product. You get founder access, roadmap influence, and pricing that doesn't punish you for growing.

Two decades running 3PL operations. Took three companies from launch to nine figures of gross merchandise.
Built WMS infrastructure at two prior startups. Believes the best UI is the one that disappears.
Formerly GM at a multi-warehouse 3PL. Now runs onboarding and writes most of the training docs.
Prior lead on logistics infra and shipping APIs. Owns the Smart Pick engine end-to-end.
If a pattern makes the associate's job harder, it's wrong — no matter how elegant the backend.
Small, visible, reversible changes beat big-bang releases every time.
No hidden fees, no per-integration surcharges, no procurement gauntlet.
We're on the line for your go-live, not just the installation.
If the marketing is bigger than the product, something's wrong.
We're picking a small group of 3PL partners for the Guild this quarter. If the fit feels right, the next step is a 30-minute working session.
